The unit provides students with course add/drop forms and guides them in all their academic affairs in collaboration and coordination with the Academic Advising Committee. The unit also announces all circulars received from the university administration that concern students.
The unit’s tasks also include preparing data and information related to student cases that require study and providing the necessary recommendations regarding them. Additionally, the unit coordinates with academic departments to provide student services, such as printing reports for students facing academic difficulties and for students expected to graduate at the beginning of each semester.
The unit works to support students academically and advisory-wise by providing essential services and studying specific student cases to ensure an integrated educational experience that helps students achieve academic success and graduate on time.
