It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Department of Private Law, one of the fundamental pillars of the College of Law, which strives for leadership and excellence in preparing qualified legal professionals capable of addressing evolving legal challenges and effectively contributing to enhancing justice and developing the legislative system.
Our mission revolves around providing high-quality legal education aligned with local and international developments, with an emphasis on practical application and field training. This ensures graduating students who possess strong analytical and reasoning skills and who can compete professionally and efficiently in the legal labor market. We also place special importance on scientific research and support pioneering legal studies responsive to economic, social, and technological advancements, contributing thereby to the enhancement of the Kingdom's legal environment.
The Department of Private Law’s role is not limited to education alone; it is also a key partner in community service, aiming to disseminate legal culture and raise awareness of rights and duties through seminars, workshops, and community initiatives.
Finally, I invite all students and researchers to benefit from the academic and scientific opportunities provided by the Department, and to continually pursue excellence and innovation in the legal field.
