It gives me great pleasure, on behalf of myself and all my colleagues at the Department of Private Law, College of Law, to welcome you to our department’s website, through which we aspire to reflect our ambitions and aspirations.
This new phase aligns with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and integrates with King Khalid University's strategy aimed at achieving leadership and excellence in education and scientific research at local, regional, and international levels. It also seeks to meet community aspirations, enhance human capabilities, and prepare nationally qualified competencies recognized globally.
The Department of Private Law at the College of Law, King Khalid University, was established pursuant to the decision of the University Affairs Council No. (2/16/45), dated 12/3/1445 AH. This decision was part of a comprehensive academic restructuring of the University aimed at strengthening legal specialization and offering leading academic and research programs at local and international levels. The department includes elite academic specialists dedicated to achieving academic excellence and meeting the legal needs of society.
We hereby affirm our full commitment in the Department of Private Law to achieve the objectives of the university and society by providing distinguished, high-quality academic programs that meet the demands of the legal labor market locally and internationally. Additionally, we strive to develop specialized postgraduate programs that enrich legal scientific research and enhance the university’s standing as a globally recognized beacon of knowledge.
